- Have DARK CHOCOLATE to satisfy a sweet tooth
- Have STICKY candy
- SAVOR sugary treats all day
- Eat sugary foods by THEMSELVES
- Drink or eat anything sweet AFTER BRUSHING your teeth in the evening
